Brignole Vineyards, I

Note, this was written in July 2024 to recreate a post which was lost. Old computer(s), Google Drive, Facebook, etc. were all searched for context, but not much was able to be recovered. We will try to add some details, but as our memories have faded, this may well be all that we have left of that moment in time.

This is the only picture I could find of this visit. It seems I used the stylus on my ‘new’ Samsung Note 9 to take some notes of our tasting [I still use this phone, LOL].

It seems that Nicole and I liked the Shimmering Brook the best [A+] and Home Grown the least [Meh C+].

Shimmering Brook
Semi-sweet Cayuga. Apple and pear flavors create a full bodied mouthfeel with a semi-dry finish

Home Grown
An Estate Dry white done in a Pinot Grigio style, with notes of Granny Smith apples.
