Yale Political Union
Note, this was written in August 2024 to recreate a post which was lost. Old computer(s), Google Drive, Facebook, etc. were all searched for context, but not much was able to be recovered. We will try to add some details, but as our memories have faded, this may well be all that we have left of that moment in time.
The Yale Political Union hosted Cenk Uygur, founder of TYT and Wolf-Pac. His presentation was titled, The Influence of Money in American Politics. I was accompanied by my eldest son.
We arrived in New Haven a little early so we headed over to BAR for pizza and a beer.
The only other picture I took was one of Uygar standing in front of the a blank screen. I admired Cenk at the time but have come to loath him for his slander of Jimmy Dore. I still use this image when I want to disparage the hypocrite; I’ll superimpose another image over the screen as if he is reacting to it.
