Games of the XXXIII Olympiad
We went to the Bad Dog Brewing Co. specifically to watch the final of the 2024 Paris Olympic Mens’ 100-Meters, and to cheer on the Americans, Noah Lyles, Fred Kerley, and Kung-Fu Kenny Bednarek.
“The Jamacian Won? God damn it! They are so fast!”
No. Even though the commentators on the television were stating and showing that the Jamaican won, it wasn’t true. After reviewing of a photo finish, it became clear that the American, Noah Lyles, came from behind to win.
Awesome turn of events.
The weather while we were inside was crazy! It was clear by the time we left.
NBC is blocking the embedding of their video of the race, but their YouTube link is here.
Bonus: This YouTube video from WSFB’s '“Something’s Brewing” series explains the breweries founding a few years ago.
